Philip T. Bazzano
Philip T. Bazzano’s current practice focuses on construction litigation representing general contractors and developers. With over a decade of litigation experience he has also successfully handled a broad array of cases including construction defect, personal injury and worker’s compensation, toxic tort including mold/habitability, insurance subrogation, and general business litigation. He also has experience with water rights and the California Endangered Species Act in the agriculture setting. Mr. Bazzano’s expertise includes all aspects of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as mediation and arbitration, as well as risk management and contract drafting. Mr. Bazzano is a speaker at the National Business Institute’s seminar entitled Winery & Vineyard Law, on the topics of contracts and insurance.
Mr. Bazzano earned his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court of Northern California.
