Jennifer Preys

Jennifer Preys is an attorney with experience in affordable housing, public
interest law, and social justice advocacy. She earned her J.D. from UC Law in
2020, where she concentrated in Social Justice Lawyering. During law school,
Jennifer clerked with the Public Interest Law Project in 2019, building on earlier
public service experience as a law clerk with Community Legal Services of
Philadelphia in 2014.
Jennifer has spent three years working in the in-house legal department of a
nonprofit affordable housing organization, where she provided legal support on
matters involving housing development, regulatory compliance, contracts, and
mission-driven initiatives. Her practice is informed by a commitment to expanding access to justice and promoting equitable housing opportunities for underserved communities.
