Ross W. Pytlik
Ross W. Pytlik is a former prosecutor with years of experience conducting trials and testimonial hearings. In addition to construction defect litigation, Mr. Pytlik practices in the areas of criminal defense, restraining orders and school discipline. Mr. Pytlik was selected four times as a Northern California "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers, a designation awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.
Mr. Pytlik earned his B.A. degree in political economy from the University of California, Berkeley. He then obtained his California teaching credential and taught high school history. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was an editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. While in law school, he interned with the Oakland City Attorney’s Office, the California Teachers Association, and the Association of Defense Counsel before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands. Mr. Pytlik is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
