David Johnson, Jr

Joining the firm in 2025, David Johnson, Jr. is an associate at Sellar Hazard & Lucia. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation and construction defect litigation. A graduate of Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, David also obtained a Master of Science Degree from Bowie State University and Master of Education Degree from National Louis University. He is a retired career Army Veteran and a retired career Federal Civilian employee. David has experience working with large contracts and
government organizations. He has formerly worked for the Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense. David also holds an active California Real Estate license. As a new associate at the firm, David is eager to gain more experience, grow and learn so that he will always provide competent and zealous representation for our clients. In his leisure time, David enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and traveling.
