Justin M. Graham

A 2008 graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Justin joined Sellar Hazard & Lucia in May of 2021. He also has experience representing homeowners’ associations with the drafting, amendment and enforcement of governing documents, advising associations as to how to open common area facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic in compliance with state and local health orders, and representing association members when the governing documents were not adequately enforced.
