Kylie Ahuja
Kylie graduated from Southwestern Law School, where she was the editor-in-chief for the Biederman
Law Blog and received the highest grade in her Entertainment Law class. When not studying, she
provided monthly pro bono legal services at a Santa Monica homeless shelter. Also during law school,
she interned at a copyright and trademark law firm, and after graduation began her career practicing
copyright law and dealing with fair use issues at a world-renowned music publishing company.
From there, Kylie has worked at large and small law firms, tech startups and in government, and her
experience ranges from advising clients involved in high profile labor negotiations, conducting internal
investigations, practicing employment law on the plaintiff’s side and the defense side, resolving
contractual disputes and handling ERISA litigation. Kylie has experience in state court and federal court.
Kylie has also worked at her own law firm and had the pleasure of working with a large variety of
clientele, including individuals, small and large businesses, government entities, and trusts.
In her free time, Kylie enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, catching up on the news, playing
tennis, doing yoga and going to the beach.
