Megan Alexander

Megan Alexander is an experienced real estate attorney with extensive experience across California, expertly representing both plaintiffs and defendants in varied matters involving construction defect, foreclosure, boundary disputes, professional liability, and landlord–tenant law. She handles all phases of litigation—from case assessment and strategy through settlement and, when needed, trial—and is skilled in pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.

Megan earned her J.D. from the University of Seattle School of Law, her B.S. from the University of Washington, and an A.A. in Pre-Med from the University of California, Berkeley. She previously interned and clerked for The Honorable J.B. Allison at the Seattle Superior Court.
